Jayne Coppin is the Founder to JUMP People Solutions Limited.  With over 20 years’ experience working within the FMCG, Financial and Professional services sectors she felt that she had the necessary skills, expertise and motivation to form her own business focused on providing professional HR Consultancy Services to support growing and aspiring businesses.

 

Jayne is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and represents the Jersey Branch of the CIPD as Co-Chair.

 

Jayne is a highly motivated HR professional and specialises in performance management, talent management, design and implementation of competency frameworks, design and delivery of training programmes, people development, employee engagement, resourcing, employee relations and organisational development.

Jayne adopts a pragmatic approach to her work as she understands the commerciality of business but also recognises that it is important to strike the balance with people ensuring that they feel valued and respected which in turn enables them to be a productive and successful workforce, this is something that translates to the service offering of JUMP People Solutions Limited.

 

As well as having a passion for seeing business grow, Jayne is also committed to seeing people grow and develop, this is something that is emphasized during her training sessions as her style is  very interactive, and dynamic. For her ‘learning is by doing’ and is the key to success in any environment.  Jayne also prides herself in providing exceptional customer service something that was instilled into her at an early stage of her career.

 

More recently Jayne’s roles have included being Group Head of HR for Minerva Trust & Corporate Services Limited and Regional Head of HR (EMEA) for Walkers Law Firm.  During her time at Minerva, Jayne was instrumental in launching a number of key initiatives which resulted in efficiencies being made within the organisation.  Her roles have been both middle and senior levels working alongside Boards and Senior Management teams ensuring that people strategies are delivered.  Jayne moved to Jersey in 1998 where she worked for Le Riche Group/CI Traders originally as a Trainer.  She progressed into a generalist HR role which enabled her to capitalize on her skill set by introducing strategies for increased staff motivation.

 

Jayne commenced her career working within the retail sector for a large sports retailer in the UK, where she managed one of the most profitable stores, leading a large team it was during this time that she learned the importance of  people management,  exceptional customer service, commercial sales, time management, financial management, communication and negotiating skills.

 

During her spare time she enjoys playing golf at La Moye, where she is a member.
